About
AGV
African Green Ventures, AGV, was established in 2018 as a renewable energy consultancy for the Sub-Saharan African market. In 2022 the company became a subsidiary of Magnora, enabling the transition from a consultancy to a project development company under the corporate structure of Magnora.
Today, AGV is a Cape Town based renewable energy project development company with a business model to identify and develop large-scale renewable energy projects. AGV has produced and currently manages a project development pipeline of approximately 3.2GW.
AGV is a subsidiary of Magnora ASA, a Norwegian renewable energy investment company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
